All design files, drawings, CNC programming files, and related digital or physical products (“Works”) provided by Plancuts are original or legally authorized works, protected under Chinese and international copyright laws.

1、Ownership

-All copyrights, moral rights, and related intellectual property rights of the Works are owned by Plancuts.

-No individual or organization may copy, resell, publish, or use our Works in any form without explicit authorization from Plancuts.

2、License to Use

-Purchased Works may only be used within the scope of the license granted at the time of purchase.

-Commercial use requires additional authorization from Plancuts.

-Unauthorized online sales, public distribution, or redistribution are strictly prohibited.

3、Design Development and Customization

-If you commission Plancuts for product development or custom design, we will sign a confidentiality agreement to protect your ideas and plans.

-Copyright of all development results is jointly owned by Plancuts and you. You may independently decide whether to make the design public, sell it, or authorize distribution, and Plancuts will respect your choice, refraining from publishing or selling without your permission.

-Plancuts is responsible for monitoring and protecting the use of the Works within the authorized scope, ensuring that third parties do not use or copy your ideas without authorization, and providing technical and legal support when necessary.

4、Infringement Handling

-Plancuts reserves the right to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use, reproduction, or sale of our Works, including demanding cessation of use and claiming damages.

5、Consultation and Authorization

-For any questions regarding license scope, commercial use, or use of the Works, please contact us before purchase or use.

-Plancuts will provide clear authorization instructions based on your needs.
